James will be doing 2 cookery demonstrations each day, and he will also be mingling around to sign books and say hello to visitors.

The Walking Theatre Company return to the times of rationing and WWII the team will interact with the audience and show budgets were stretched and ingredient eeked out make sure that everyone got fed when times were hard. Free.
