Lauren Daigle has teamed up with Zane Lowe’s World Record on Apple Music’s Beats 1, for the release of the title track from her forthcoming album, Look Up Child.
A first listen of the track is available through Apple Music’s “World Record” Playlist, as well as on the homepage of iTunes. Look Up Child, will be released on September 7th and is available for pre-order at https://laurendaigle.com/music/.
“Look Up Child” encourages youthful whimsy with a soulful plea. Drawing on the innocence and purity of childhood. “When friends get stuck in a rut where there’s no more passion and life is just work and pain, I show them my Mr. Potato Head,” explains Lauren. “It’s a reminder to look up, have that childhood faith, and not lose the passion.”
Lauren will embark on her first headlining theater tour in support of Look Up Child on September 27th. Presented by Food for the Hungry, the tour will kick off in Cincinnati and makes 18 stops before wrapping in Jackson, MS on October 28th. Every ticket purchase will come with a copy of Look Up Child.
