Ingredients: 1 cup Linguine
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Pesto
1/4 Red Onion
1 cup Green Beans
1/2 cup Carrots, julienne cut 1/2 cup Water Chestnuts. chopped
1 cup Brocoli, chopped
salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Transfer the pasta to a large bowl. - Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until soft. - Add all the vegetables and cook for a minute or two. - Add the pesto sauce, salt, and pepper. - Add the pasta to the vegetables and toss is all together.
