Let's All Go Down The Strand No.17

Stalking The Strand with camera and pen, David Tucker presents a few new angles on one of London's most famous thoroughfares…
Where the Wild Things Are
And as for this one…

I’m speechless with admiration. I mean, cupcakes and sleazy jazz, blackjack and afternoon tea. And burlesque. Down steps and through a cellar door. But, hey, the steps down to that cellar door are just along from the Lyceum where The Lion King is playing. The Lion King with its Zulu “Grasslands Chant” number.
Woza, oh woza   Woza mfana Oh woza
Or, in English,
Come, oh come Come, boys Oh come
It’s the Strand. Where the wild things are.
