Friday’s Quotes for the Chicks
“A person is a pattern of behavior, of a larger awareness.” Deepak Chopra
Patterns, life is all about patterns.
Today I’ll be going down to visit my parents – one still in the hospital, one who is not. It’s a gorgeous day. While in Connecticut I might visit the beach or eat a burger in a shack-life restaurant. I might even visit UCONN to take a photo of the field where I clocked my best time for a 400. (I didn’t see the sleeping bull who obviously saw me and who then decided to chase me.)
Or I might just take my pen and notebook and sit under a tree to write, because if there’s one pattern I’ve learned, it’s that writing calms my soul.

Urgent Information.
For those of you in the Maine area or who might be traveling there this weekend, please be on the lookout for this little guy – Toby. He’s a rescue who is very shy (don’t chase him) and he needs to be home with his family.
