Lenovo has launched a new smartphone that is supposed to take on Xiaomi’s Redmi 1S, and the device is called the Music Lemon K3, also referred to as the K3 Le Lemon. Does it have something to do with lemons? Not really, more with the color yellow, which is a symbolic hue in Chinese country.

The Le Lemon comes with a 5” IPS screen, and a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by a 64-bit 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 processor, and 1GB of RAM. It also offers 16GB of built-in expandable storage, a Sony-made 8-megapixel main camera, and a 2-megapixel front shooter, plus a 2,300mAh battery, dual-SIM slots, and 4G LTE connectivity. Lenovo has also tweaked the phone’s audio equipment to make the K3 sound perfect.

Sadly, the device will most likely be sold only in China, at the price of CNY599, which is about $100.
