Lemon Tart by Sweet Paul

A couple of weeks ago I received a mail from Paul Lowe (the man himself, and in Swedish) telling me that I had won an issue of Sweet Paul Magazine. I'm thrilled about it and I was so happy to have won my first giveaway ever. The issue contains food photography of the kind that makes you drool, and not only over the food. What can else can I say. I'm in awe.
Lemon tart is my favorite dessert after Créme Brûlée. This is my version of Paul's Lemon and Almond tart.
