Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed that legal action should be taken against those who joined the Tabligi Jamaat. People who came back from the Jamaat should be searched and quarantined on a war footing.
The passports of those who join the Jamaat who are foreigners should be confiscated at present and ensure that the common people do not have to bear the brunt of their mistakes. Any attempt against humanity will not be tolerated. Those who have acted against humanity will have to face action.
The Chief Minister gave these instructions in a meeting with Team XI formed during the lockdown at his government residence on Wednesday.
He reviewed the scheme of giving free ration to the poor in the meeting and directed that the vehicles engaged in the supply of essential goods should not be disturbed at all, but at the same time it should be kept in mind that these vehicles do not carry passengers.
With this, the help of one thousand rupees being given by the government to every poor, needy and laborer must reach.
It has been claimed by the government that till 10 am on Wednesday, free ration has been distributed to 40 lakh people. The Chief Minister gave a clear directive that the supply chain of essential goods should not be broken, the essential goods should continue to arrive.
‘There will be no cut in the salary of government employees’
The Chief Minister said that in some states, deductions are being made from the salaries of the government employees to help the people, but in Uttar Pradesh, no deduction will be made from the salary etc. of any government employee, on the contrary, their full salary in the first week of their account only Will be delivered to The government will help the people with its own resources.
He said that the salary of every government employee and contract workers, including policemen, health workers, sanitation workers engaged in disaster work, should be reached in the first week in every case. He also said that the problem related to salary of any employee should not be revealed.
If such problem comes then action will be taken by fixing accountability. He said that other bills of the employees will also be paid at the earliest. He stated clearly that insurance of 50 lakhs should be ensured for every employee engaged in disaster work.
The Chief Minister said that there should be no hunger anywhere in the state. Government godowns of grain should be open 24 hours for the needy, food must reach every needy.
Start a portal immediately to help the needy
The Chief Minister gave orders to the Revenue Department to immediately start a toll-free number to help every needy in addition to the CM portal and said that the control room should be duly monitored by starting a control room.
At the same time, for the counseling of those living in the shelter sites, instructions have been given for counseling in every camp with the help of experts, doctors, scholars of social studies.
Apart from this, during the lockdown, the Chief Minister ordered proper cleaning and sanitization throughout the state and asked for regular fogging. The Chief Minister said that there should be no shortage of fodder for animals.
Sufficient fodder is present and should be fully utilized. In the context of harvesting of crops, the Chief Minister directed that the mandis should be kept ready and all preparations for shopping should be ensured at the earliest.
