The Soul Train music award winner is no stranger to singing Gospel music, she recorded an award worthy rendition of Mahalia Jackson’s Precious Lord, for the hit movie Selma. Her latest single “If You Don’t Mind” was written and produced by Kirk Franklin, and she’s been the guest soloist at the Potter’s House, Dallas.
