Leanbean Fitness Review | Does It Work?

By Annamoss84 @missanniebean

The words fat burner can ring alarm bells with those in the fitness industry. Often regarded as some sort of gimmick, with the perspective that it doesn't work. Scrap that, because what I'm about to explain is a game changer and that is in the form of Leanbean.
Let's get things straight from the start, I took on trying Leanbean not specifically to lose weight but to aid me in my fitness training. As you may or may not be aware I am a very active girl, I am pretty much doing something active on a daily basis. I had a huge set back last August, (when I was at my fittest) due to an injury I sustained when I fell down some steps. I badly sprained my ankle and did significant nerve damage in my leg, meaning I was essentially out of exercise for a good 8 months. 8 months! I know - ridiculous right?! So I was really back to the drawing board, and as to be expected, carrying more weight than I needed. Something had to change and was struggling to get it all sorted.

Like anyone climbing back on the fitness wagon I needed a goal or two. I tend to find that giving myself something to aim for keeps me far more focused and so I will stick at it. I decided to book myself onto the new Huub Triathlon at Staunton Harold in June, and also the Leicester Half Marathon.
So where does Leanbean fit into all of this? To start with their moto is Achieve Your Lean Dream, and as far as I can see from all their social posts, it seemed to be aimed at those who do lots of training. A positive start! Rather than being aimed at people who simply want to shift weight, but don't exercise and want a 'quick' fix, this wasn't about that. I began on my 30 day journey in order to amplify what I was already doing. I'd say it has taken me a good 2 weeks to feel my body adapt, but what I'm now experiencing is all positive.
Lean Bean - what is it?
A food supplement titled as the, 'female fat burner' that contains all natural ingredients. The idea is that it aids natural weight loss by suppressing appetite, speeding up metabolism and balancing estrogen. Would this help me with training? Could this give me that booster to train more?
What does it contain?
Glucomannan - Super fibre!
Green Tea Extract - To help speed up metabolism
Turmeric - Reduces metabolic inflammation

How do you take this tablet? One before breakfast, one before lunch, one in the afternoon and one before evening meal.

You're probably wondering why I decided to take Leanbean trial for 30 days if I'm so fit and healthy. Well, I admit I completely lost my confidence after my injury. It set me so far back I didn't know where to start, I'd become rather stressed at myself because I felt helpless. For me it was the tool to kick me into gear and that's exactly what has happened.
I'll definitely say since taking Leanbean my energy levels are right up, so my 6am swim session isn't the only thing I do now, I'll still be able to do that 6pm run after work as well. Where has my energy come from?! One thing I've also started to notice is I'm getting more toned again, particularly my abs and legs. Strong abs and legs isn't just to be aesthetically pleasing, it means I can run faster, cycle quicker and swim better. Plus when I hit the beach when I go to Croatia for my anniversary holiday, I'll hopefully feel confident again - like I did before my injury.

What else have I noticed? I will say I'm eating a lot less, which is awesome and possibly surprised me the most. I struggled with eating and portion sizing after my injury as I was still eating as if I was training everyday, but now those craving are gone and I am getting fuller quicker. I am only eating good things now too so lots of protein and veggies. I have lost weight and inches off my body, but I have upped my exercise and cut back on naughty treats to get the most out of this trial. This has been fantastic as I feel so much more energetic and lighter, so I can train far more efficiently now.
To summarise on my 30 day experience of Leanbean, I'd say this has really got me on the right track. According to my fitbit I'm hitting nearly 15k steps and doing at least 30minutes of cardio a day! I've had such an energetic 30days - I feel like I'm getting 'me' back finally. It has been the product to get me back fully into fitness and I'm loving it. Having an injury can really knock your confidence, especially when you are out for as long as I was. I think because I am seeing changes, I'm feeling more confident, I'm training more, so I have more energy and it's just basically all up from here.
