Rumors about Huawei’s upcoming device have been going around since last year and there have already been a couple of leaked images of the handset. Now, some new photos of the smartphone have appeared online.

The P7 is expected to cost the same as its predecessor.

The handset resembles its predecessor (the P6) a little bit and features an impressive, sleek design. Based on various rumors, the P7 should come with a 5in Full HD display and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It’s also said that it will have a 1.6GHz quad-core HiSilicon processor, backed by 2GB of RAM, and a microSD slot for expanding the built-in storage.

The Ascend P7 is said to feature a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 8-megapixel front-facing shooter, along with a 2,460mAh battery. It’s expected to run on Android 4.4 KitKat (though there are no details about this yet) and Huawei’s Emotion UI 2.0, and will offer 4G LTE connectivity.

The Huawei Ascend P7 should be released some time in April, although the exact date is still unknown. The pricing details are yet to be revealed, as well.
