The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels comes with dual-core CPU at 1.2 GHz processor .1 GB of RAM memory. Internal memory of 16GB, expandable using microSD slot provided and also has 3 megapixel rear camera and 1.3 megapixels on the front.
