Yesterday I had my interview and I got the internship at Company Magazine!!! YAYY. So happy. I start on Monday so will keep you all updated on that. It was actually a really lovely day. They are based next to Carnaby Street so I had a little browse round whilst I was waiting for my friend Lexie to finish work. She's currently interning at Dameris (an amazing kinky underwear brand) but was working in their dept in Selfridges yesterday as a one off. Have a little look at her blog here. We then went for din dins in Leicester Square.
Today I've just got back from a cute little lunch date with my friend Romi (yes all I do is go out and eat), so obviously when she dropped me off I hassled her to take some snaps ha, (annoying friend).
Dress - Vero Moda / Fake YSL Ring - eBay / Chelsea boots - Topshop / Bag - Lulu Guinness / Necklace - Topshop
Although this dress is so simple, I think it has to be one of my favorite dresses in my wardrobe. It's unbelievably versatile, can be dressed up, down, layered and is really easy to style. If in doubt of what to wear for an interview this dress is always a safe bet too! The material is so light and good quality. I got it from Asos and I think it was only around £20 so such a great staple piece.
I bought the boots yesterday, amongst another pair too! (will show you soon) Eeek. But I definitely deserve a treat after all this interning, and plus, I have to look good! I needed a pair of day boots and thought these standard Topshop ones were ok, and they were only £67 with student discount so not too shabby.
Do you have a favorite LBD?
I'm VERY SADLY selling my Jeffrey Campbell Riot Boots on eBay at the moment too. I just need the dollar and can't justify them :( Grr it's a very sad time. They have never been worn, and are still in the box. Anyway if you fancy bidding: feel free.
I'm selling at the car boot sale in Aylesbury tomorrow if you're about. Come buy my stuff bbzzzz.
Stay cute,
Jessie
