LBD, Norma Kamali Style

Meet my new uniform, an LBD from jersey-whisperer Norma Kamali's diffusion line, kamalikulture. My bestie blogger buddy The Bostonista and I headed out to Cambridge to shoot the look on a beautiful fall afternoon.

Yes, if you're going to be literal about it, it is essentially a black T-Shirt dress. But, the shape makes it anything but forgettable - or worse, basic! - and the lace adds a major dose of drama, so you can cross over into evening without an outfit update.
I've long been lusting after Norma Kamali's innovative pieces, and luckily the diffusion line is here to ensure that I can cradle myself in her cloud-soft materials and sexy, curve-loving (and enhancing!) silhouettes. Bloomingdales has no shortage of Kamalikulture LBD's online, and Les Nouvelles has a gorgeous stash of sunglasses for under $100.
