A small rectification slash confession for tonight. Remember me telling you that I wasn’t paying much attention to the end of winter sale that is about to end? Well, apparently I’m a late bloomer because the sales are coming to an end and I’ve been doing quite some sale browsing this week. It’s actually the best time now for designer sale shopping. Not if you had your eye on some really special item, because that might be sold out by now, but if you’re just looking for for instance a new pair of designer shoes, it’s a good time. Why? The discount is at its highest right now, so you get at least 50 if not 70% off instead of the usual 20 of 30% off when sale starts. It’s the beginning of a new season, so if you find something on sale now it’s almost ‘last season’, and if you still love the item when it’s been in store or online for months, you’re more likely to make a good buy. So it might be worth it to have another look on Net-a-Porter, Matches, Farfetch, Harrods, MyTheresa or Forward by Elyse Walker right now. It’s what I did, and it gave me just one little dilemma. Which pair of shoes to pick? Which one is your favorite?
