L'Oreal Youth Code Youth Booster Serum

I have a memory form being a young girl, of my mom leaving the bathroom after she'd had a bath or a shower, and having her face covered in spots of Nivea face cream just waiting to be massaged into her skin. The smell of Nivea brings back some lovely childhood memories for me.
My mom has always been big on skincare and has tried to install into me, from a young age, the importance of a good skincare routine and looking after my skin.
I've always been lucky with my skin, I've never suffered with spots or acne, I have had the odd blemish now and again, but because of this, short of taking my make-up off at night-time and washing my face in the morning and at night, I've not really had much of a routine.
It's only been since I hit my late 20's that I've noticed my skin loosing a bit of it's youthful plumpness and generally it's just looking a bit more tired with age, that I've started making sure that I moisturised both day and night.
After having a similar conversation with my mom the other week, she suggested that it was time that I started to use a serum under my moisturiser, in the morning and at night...and as mom knows best I decided she was probably right. My friend Ms Budget Beauty, recommended the L'Oreal Youth Code Serum, so that's what I've got.
I'm not going to lie to you the pipette was very novel for me, after school I never though I'd use one of these ever again and I love it!

As recommended I've been putting a few drops of the serum on my face whenever I moisturise. The formula just melts into my skin, drying almost immediately and it leaves my skin feeling soft and amazing. It claims to act against wrinkles and dull, tired looking skin, so I'm hoping this added to my routine will keep me looking younger for longer!!
I've been using the L'Oreal Youth Code Youth Booster Serum for a week now and I can see the difference already. My pores are visibly minimised, my skin is softer and a little plumper and even though the serum doesn't claim to, my skin tone appears more even.
The serum retails for £25.52 in Boots stores, but I picked mine up for £15.52 because Boots are currently doing a £10.00 off offer!
Has anyone used this serum over a long period of time? Have you noticed any lasting effects?
