The animated tv show “Krapopolis,” which was created by the same person who created “Rick and Morty,” has been renewed for a third season before a single episode has aired.

The show will premiere sometime in 2023 on Fox. It is about a legendary Greece from antiquity. There will be usage of the voices of Hannah Waddingham, Richard Ayoade, Matt Berry, Pam Murphy, and Duncan Trussell, among others.

August saw the release of 10,420 non-fungible Krap Chicken tokens by Krapopolis. These tokens can be used to vote on program aspects, gain access to behind-the-scenes video, attend live events with the actors and crew, and receive official products and digital goods as incentives.

On the Krapopolis website, Krap Chickens are still available for 0.18 ether (ETH), or around $280. On OpenSea, the cheapest price for a group of Krap Chickens is approximately 0.11 ETH, or approximately $170. As was the case with Porsche’s badly received NFT collection, the majority of individuals believe that a floor price that is less than the cost to mint an NFT is a bad indicator.

Happy Monday, Koop Troop!
We were pleased to see how our first sales-based promotion panned out. Prepare for those straw frames to be added VERY soon Here is one of the qualified chickens below.

Michael Thorn, president of scripted programming at Fox, told Deadline on Thursday that he was still “optimistic” about backing promising projects. “While [a third season order] is atypical, it was a no-brainer for us with ‘Krapopolis.'”

In July, Fox Entertainment announced that the production would receive $100 million. According to OpenSea, the initiative has already sold 418 ETH, or around $650,000.
