KitchenAid Master Class Macarons and Avocado &White; Chocolate Mousse

A MasterClass to beat all master classes.A KitchenAid Masterclass.So totally worth a traffic jam. Chef Hemant Dhotre of the Sofitel, Mumbai demonstrated how to make Macarons with Caramel and Cardamom Cream and An Avocado and White chocolate Mousse Bavarois.I couldn't get an pictures of the Macarons,but now I'm going to try them . My last attempt was a disaster for the camera...So...jus waiting to wade past the Diwali rush,them I'm hoping to present my Macarons on Baketitude.

I've done many Bavarois and my Chocolate Mousse cakes are famous,but Avocado is a realm I've never gone into before.I was sceptical,but avocado in a mousse is actually good. Not particularly fond of white chocolate or white chocolate mousse, so I'll pass,but I was surprised that the avocado tasted so not like avocado.And of course the KitchenAid made things a lot prettier.I would know, I used it for a week when I was selected to Top50 home baker.The mousse cake was sprayed with color and some clear gel and bronze dust covered chocolate pieces and the amazingly red red currants.Perfectly sliced in half.Check the perfection of the layers.

Sheer perfection. And watching the KitchenAid in motion again... The drool and lust is for something in motion this time.
