Kim Jong Un’s last observed appearance was his attendance at a joint expanded meeting of the WPK Central Committee and Korean People’s Army WPK Committee Meeting in Pyongyang during February 2 and February 3
DPRK state media reported on February 7 that Kim Jong Un (Kim Cho’ng-u’n) “issued an autograph order on launching earth observation satellite Kwangmyo’ngso’ng-4 on Feb. 6 Chuch’e 105 (2016).” As of 3:50 am GMT on February 7 (8:50 pm MST on February 6) there have been no other observed activities by Jong Un in connection with the space launch.
