Khoya Lassi


Khoya Lassi Recipe


Prep Time: 20 min      cook time: 5 min   serves: 2 glasses


Main Ingredients: Khoya and yogurtRecipe Type: BeveragesCuisine: Indianthe level of cooking: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1.5Frozen Yogurt/Curd/Dahi
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 cup Khoya
  • Ice cubes(optional)
  • 1 tablespoon ghee 
  • 1/4 cup Dry fruits powder

Preparation: 

  1. In a heavy bottom pan over mediumheat the ghee and fry the khoya till it turns golden brown. 
  2. Set it aside from the flame and allow it to cool down.

Method:

  1. Once the khoya cools down, add it with curd, dry fruits, sugar and ice in a blender
  2. Blend the mixture well to make a smooth and fine khoya lassi.
  3. Pour the lassi into glasses.
  4. Sprinkle chopped dry fruits over it and serve chilled.
