Key Lime Cheesecake

                               Key Lime Cheesecake

Yield: 6 servings


Products:

8 oz cream cheese
1 can eagle brand condensed milk
1/3 cup key lime juice= about 4 large fresh limes
1 each prepared graham cracker crust
Method of preparation:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk. 
Fold in lime juice. Pour into graham cracker crust. 

Chill until firm. 

May be served with whipped cream or dessert topping or with

fresh fruit.


NOTE. For a lemon pie, use 1/2 cup lemon juice.  
Top with fresh fruit like strawberries or whip cream.
