Keto Low-Carb Biscuits

These keto low-carb biscuits are a delicious and satisfying alternative to traditional biscuits. Made with almond flour and coconut flour, they are high in healthy fats and low in carbs, perfect for those following a ketogenic diet.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 3 large eggs

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C


Add salt, baking powder, almond flour, and coconut flour to a bowl and mix them together


Mix the eggs and melted butter into the dry ingredients until everything is well mixed together


Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and put them on a parchment-lined baking sheet


Make each ball a little flatter with your palm


Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the top is golden


Let it cool down a bit before you serve it
