Laughing Conservative, who owes Kenneth Y. Tomlinson a huge debt for his mentoring and encouragement, isn't laughing today. Tomlinson, an impeccable conservative and former Editor-in-Chief of Reader's Digest, who subsequently made a powerful stand against liberal bias in public broadcasting, died Friday.
