Korean Central News Agency President Kim Chang Gwang [Kim Chang-kwang] along with Ri Yong Bom [Ri Yo’ng-pom] attended the 5th News Agencies’ World Congress in Baku, Azerbaijan, and the 16th Organization of Asia-Pacific News Agencies [OANA] General Assembly held during November 16 (Wednesday) to November 18 (Friday).
