Verdict on Kane

Kane is a crime thriller following a crime boss with multiple personalities going about their day. It sees the different personalities come to life in different situations, offering a new threat to the people he interacts with. However, this is told from the driver’s point of view and his everyday life with his crime boss.

This is a movie that shows the unstable mindset of a criminal causing problems in a gangster lifestyle. However, it does seem difficult to believe they reach near the top with these same problems. The idea it is all told from the Driver’s point of view leans into a similar style to ‘Identity’ as we learn more about an incident. When the day is unfolding it feels like the typical crime boss day but when you see the direction everything goes, it becomes chaotic for a small reason. It becomes an interesting idea to watch as things unfold.

Final ThoughtsKane is an interesting concept of an unstable crime boss.
