kaima idli recipe - less oil recipe

kaima idli made with veggies and idli in a tomato based spicy sauce.i tried this recipe without deep frying idli cubes in oil and add it as it is in the recipe. The original or traditional recipe goes with deep frying the idlis in oil till brown and then added to the recipe.

the post has been lying in draft for almost a year and i continue to postpone it again and again and then finally posting it today.the recipe i followed by making the gravy with onion, tomato and spice powders. Those who feel using more oil in the recipe, can follow this method and enjoy the spicy kaima idli.Use idli after refrigeration to avoid soggy idlis and also to avoid breaking during mixing.
lets move on making the recipe.,
