Ingredients:
Bengal Gram - 500 gWater -500 mlSalt as per tasteWater for soakingMustard- 1 tbspCurry Leaves- fewBlack Gram- 1 tbspGreen Chilly-2
Method:
Soak Bengal Gram for an hour.Drain water and place the bengal gram in a pressure cooker with 500 ml water.Pressure cook for 2 whistles and put off the flame.Drain cooked bengal gram and set aside.
