Black Friday in Ibadan as fire outbreak arising from collision of truck and fuel tanker wreaking havoc around Moniya, Akinyele local government area of the state.
According to eye witnesses, the fire outbreak started after a diesel tanker and a construction truck collide around the area.
The Federal Fire Service Oyo State Command, says its men are already on ground.
