Just another day in Charming for Jax and the club.
Pick up wife from jail...check
Meeting to try to break ties with the Irish mob...check
Kidnap the junkie Mom of school shooter to keep her quiet...check
Kill some people...check
Bury them both...check
Deal with you're Mom...check
Get home in time for dinner...check
Make love to wife...check
And that's a relatively good day for Jax. Little does he know that his Step dad's going to turn on him and his club, his new partner already doesn't trust him, the feds are on him, and his wife might be pregnant, divorcing him and leaving town with his kids. I don't know, I think a desk job at an accounting firm in Van Nuys could be something to consider.
NEWS & INFORMATION:
-More pre-premiere's coming your way guys, sort of surprised about this one. Showtime has already released the series premiere of its new drama, Masters of Sex. You can check it out on their app or on demand RIGHT NOW if you have the time. I don't think this is one you'd watch while you're on the LIRR commuting, but if you want it, it's there. The broadcast premiere isn't until 9/29 after Homeland. Depending on how good the Homeland premiere is you may be too exhausted and stressed to stay awake for Masters, so it's a good option. I haven't watched yet, not sure if I'll get to it before the 29th, but of course I'll let you know if I do.
-I'm so NOT a Trekky, never watched an episode, never want to really, but I became a George Takei fan because of his time on the Howard Stern show. He's hilarious and honest and I love the guy even though I haven't a clue who Sulu is. George now has his own tech show on YouTube called Takei's Take. George is 76 years old and pretty knowledgeable about the Internet and ready to share what he knows with his fan base. Scary thing is, AARP is his sponsor. He's posting 2 shows a month all tech focused. Here's a clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_ncw3b8Lu4
Wednesday's Trivia Question: In 1993, 20 years ago, the best sitcom ever, in my opinion won the Emmy for Best Comedy. This show was on NBC on Thursday nights usually at 9pm but it moved around a bit.
