Story: Jumping from High Places starts when we meet Sole (Torchetti) a young woman with a serve anxiety disorder. Her best friend has recently passed away and Sole has promised to reclaim her life. Sole looks to open up and work on a list that was left for her by her best friend.

As Sole starts finally opens up more and starts enjoying moments in her life. She starts to feel guilty about her final interaction with her best friend, despite everyone around her wanting to help her. Sole starts to enjoy her life, even if the pressure of her anxiety continues to creep up on her.

Verdict on Jumping from High Places

Jumping from High Places is a drama about supporting friends through their difficult times. It shows the struggle one young woman goes through in everyday life. This movie addresses how difficult anxiety can be to live with, an invisible illness many would never know about.

The support shown towards Sole is amazing, with the friends knowing how to push them without being pushy about helping her. This is charming and enjoyable without being too much more than it needed to be.
