Juicy Fruity.

good morning! the weekend is almost here! this morning i want to talk about fruits. i admit when it comes to having a snack, fruit is not usually my choice. my common snack is usually chips or candy.... i know horrible. this is something i would like to stop doing, but it's so hard because sometimes i just can't say no to salt and vinegar chips!
earlier in the week however, i stopped and picked up fresh fruit. grapefruits to be exact. now, by no means do i not like fruit. in all actuality, i love it, but sometimes it's just a pain to get it all cut up or washed off, that grabbing a bag from the cabinet is so much easier. well, last night i was reading the benefits of eating your recommended amounts of fruit a day, and one of the benefits that really stuck to me is that fruit is made up of 80% water. and i can say that i do not drink 6 to 8 glasses a water a day, so with that being said, the more fruit you eat during the day, the more water you consume... killing two birds with one stone - i like the sound of that! overall, i want to try and attempt to eat better especially since i'm not getting any younger! do you enjoy fruits? what's your favorite kind?
