Mary L. Vaughn’s $60 m lawsuit against her ex husband, Steve Harvey has been thrown out.
According to TMZ, a judge has thrown out the lawsuit against Steve Harvey, in which his ex claims to have suffered from “prolonged torture with the infliction of severe mental pain and suffering” during their relationship. She also said the alleged emotional abuse caused her to attempt suicide.
A Los Angeles judge dismissed the case based on location, saying that since the couple got a divorce in Texas, that was the proper place to raise the issues in court.
Steve and Mary Vaughn marriage in 1996, ended in a bitter custody battle and divorce in 2005.
