JOGGING NEWS - Half Hour Jog in the Snow

this evening, before my evening meal of cous-cous and lamb mince, while there was still snow on the ground, and light enough to jog by, I put on my jogging cap and gloves and took myself out into the countryside for a lovely but brisk half hour jog.
Three miles, no more than that, but it was proper gorgeous, crump crump crump underfoot and nobody out but me.
