Of his awkward encounters with the public, Joe explained, “This guy came up to me and said ‘Hey, can she take a picture sitting on your lap?’ and I said ‘It’s really not appropriate this is my fiance sitting here, I really don’t think it’s appropriate,’ and he said ‘Dude, this is my wife.’ and it’s happened multiple times. I don’t know if it was like they have their freebie lists, like if you ever meet him you get the hall pass.”
Manganiello also explained that he was initially hired for six episodes, but after his first episode aired, he got a six-year contract. “They brought me in for another werewolf character, Cooter, and there was a whole bit about it in the audition and basically the audition was me coming out of a transformation. Transforming from wolf back to man.”
As for the new season, Joe teased, “It’s about as crazy as it gets, there’s a lot of nudity. I’ll just say that.”
