I thought since this is a cooking blog, that for a post instead of a recipe I would share 20 of my favorite cooking tips.
1. When a recipe calls for minced garlic, I’ve found if you grate the garlic with a fine grater it works better. You don’t have that bite of garlic every now and then because with the garlic being so small, it basically dissolves in the liquid while cooking.
