Jean paul Gaulteir, Amy Winehouse Hommage.
This season Gaulter unveiled his Collection of Amy Winehouse inspired couture. Mixing new with old signiture styles which have been tweaked to fit the late stars style. Models wore Winehouses signature beehive hair and smoked cigarettes while walking down the runway to her songs.
Among the re-vampd Gaultier classics was the corset, shown here and a tennis dress not unlike the designs of Fred Perry - Winehouses favorite brand for whom she herself designed.
The collection was not welcomed by all however, The singers dad & spokesperson was appalled by this tribute and unhappy that they were not at any point consulted. He has labelled the collection as a publicity stunt by Jean Paul Gaultier and said that the whole thing was in bad taste.
