Kandy Police on Wednesday arrested a suspect, who had been in jail for about 8 months for allegedly selling drugs and then bailed out, while he was again in possession of 4.1grams of drugs.
The Police said drugs were found in his underwear when he was searched by the Police near the Mahaiyawa Railway Station in Kandy.
