Jacob Hopkins to Play Impetuous Young Vampire Authority Member

According to LA Castings, child actor Jacob Hopkins will play the part of the child vampire in True Blood, Alex Drew.  The casting call for this role said the following:

[ALEXANDER] 9 years old. An impetuous young vampire who was turned at the age of 9, he’s an Authority council member who loves cigarettes and razzing his fellow council members…RECURRING

There is a True Blood connection to Jacob prior to this role, he also appeared in a small part in Stephen Moyer’s film ‘Priest.’
