The Convener of the Inter-University Students’ Federation (IUSF) Wasantha Mudalige and the Convener of the Inter-University Bhikkhus’ Federation (IUBF) Ven. Sridhamma Thera were released on bail by the Kaduwela Magistrate Court yesterday. However, Mudalige will continue to be in the remand custody until December 12.
The duo were arrested and detained under the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PTA) for over 90 days from August 22.
