Italian Vocabulary to Use a Mailbox in Italy

Have you ever had a “relationship” with an Italian email? Today the technology  puts in connection the world, many elements  are named in English. Let’s suppose that you are in some Italian office for some reason. There is in front of you an mailbox = casella di posta elettronica in Italian language. Argg! How you can survive? Don’t worry. Here the basic vocabulary to manage your Italian email box. Every time I'm in front of a PC with the commands in another language- even if I know the software - I have more difficulties. I’m sure you are much more skilled than me on the PC (this is not so difficult) but I hope this post will be useful if you ever have a "relationship" with an Italian email box. Here the basic indications. If you want to write the email you will click the command nuovo = new email. Your primary Address= indirizzo is on the line with “ A:”= to. Cc – copia conoscenza=copy someone on an email and CCn- copia conoscenza nascosta=copy someone on email but hiddenare other address you can add . Once you have written all the text you may decide to give a priority:  alta =high is the most used. Are you ready? Send your email and click on invia = send
What are all the folders that  usually are on the left? posta in arrivo = the mails you have received posta eliminata= the mails you are going to delete Posta inviata= the mails you have sent and the precious trash = cestino to get rid of the useless things. How many of these we receive in one day? Hundred! If you need to respond to an e-mail click on rispondi , while if you want to forward the email click on inoltra.
At last there is a folder  that has the same name in all languages, the one of the spam…of course the spam is the same all over the world, boring and useless! J
