It’s Shaping Up To Be A Good Season For Stripes…

By Unefemme @DejaPseu

Stripes are a style perennial, but seem to be particularly on-trend for Spring, especially in high-contrast black/white and navy/white combos. No matter your stripe preference, there’s a lot to love this in this season’s crop.

Above: mixed stripe relaxed silk shirt.

A v-neck and diagonal stripes are flattering elements on this cotton cardigan.

A sharp navy and white canvas tote channels Cape Cod, or the Cote d’Azur.

This 10% cashmere tee ticks all of the boxes: long sleeves, soft fabric, and slim stripes (which I find more flattering and easier to wear). Great transitional season and/or travel piece!

If you prefer your stripes with a bit more color, here’s a spring-weight scarf with some cheery hues.

Does your spring wishlist include a cute raincoat? Wish granted!

I love the sharp and modern look of the gradient stripes on this long cardigan! (Plus-size)

When it comes to stripes, do you prefer the classics or something unexpected?
