Sis refers to this skirt as my fugly skirt. lol. I don't blame her though. In these days of body-con dresses and flash-a-bum-cheek skirts it would take some owning your individuality to don a skirt like this and make it chic.
I do lurve and wear body-con dresses and I wear voluminous jersey skirts like this and I'm comfortable both ways. The trick is knowing the right occasion for each.
