I have a Nutribullet and I love it. I also love finishing a great workout with a protein smoothie. Want to know how often I use or make or enjoy either? Not enough!
I was told by my friend, Joelle, that I had to try EPIC vegan protein.The protein is raw, organic, plant-based, non-GMO, soy free, fluten free, hypo-allergenic, and free of artificial colors, sweeteners and preservatives. To some of you, that may sound like cardboard in a scoop, but it's really very good!
EPIC comes in flavors like vanilla, pumpkin seed, chocolate, and sproutein. I was adventurous enough to start with...vanilla.
Today I combined 1 cup of frozen mixed berries, 3/4 c. almond milk, and 1 scoop of vanilla EPIC. I liked it. I thought I'd have a few sips and move on, but I finished it!
For next time, which will actually be soon, I'm itching to combine 1 banana, 3/4 c. soy milk, 1 scoop of chocolate EPIC and 1 TBSP natural peanut butter.These shakes are easy to make, nutritious, a great vehicle for frozen fruit, and the end result is super portable for those always on the go.
