.... I shouldn't have left you, without a dope ... okay, okay, I won't dazzle you with my ability to recite Rakim, but I did want to express how much I've missed this lil ole blogitty blog. There's been so much going on I just couldn't keep up.
My other life caught up to me with a passion over Thanksgiving weekend when I realized I had an exam (professional tech geek stuff) on Dec. 9th and I was still on chapter 1 of 10. Needless to say the inner geek in me kicked it into high gear and I was pulling all-nighters for a few days.
On top of that, I had to sneak in a one day trip to Georgia on the 14th for my brother's boot camp graduation. I tell you what, I totally have a new found respect for those who have jobs that make them travel, especially one day trips out of town. I was seriously tired for the remainder of the week. Imagine waking up at 3 A.M. to get somewhere in another state by 1 P.M. Well, that's what a did, breaking several traffic laws on the way. I mean, I literally took 4 flights, and was in an airport 6 times, in one day.
All in all, it's been pretty crazy and hectic the last few weeks, and sadly (for me anyway) it doesn't look like it's going to slow down. I've been keeping busy with the boys too, soaking up some holiday traditions and starting some new ones. I've got lots to share, so stop by later in the week to see what me and the dudes have been up to.
