Is Mongoloid a Natural Endpoint State for Humans in Cold Climates?

I do not know. Any sort of people would probably start becoming Mongoloid-like if placed in a cold enough climate. Mongoloid is probably just a natural endpoint adaptation for any humans who evolve in a frigid climate.

If you note, there are Icelandics and other Scandinavians who have somewhat Mongoloid eyes despite having no trace of Mongoloid ancestry. Bjork is an excellent example. So maybe humans are just going to develop those Mongoloid-type eyes anywhere it is cold enough.
