Of course, as IQ declines past 125, no doubt extroversion increase. Stupid introverts are not that common, nor are life of the party geniuses.

Blacks are the most extroverted race of all with IQ’s in the US of 85 and in Africa/Caribbean of 75.
East Asians are the most introverted major race with IQ’s of ~105
Jews have the highest IQ’s of all and are variable. But think of all of the shy, nerdy Jewish folks you have known and you can see that introverted Jews are as common as dirt.
