Eye Design Quad Shadow* - £9.90 // Luminature Bronzing Powder* - £6.50 - c/o Deborah Milano
Who loves hearing about new cosmetic brands? I know I do and that's why I was filled with excitement when I seen that Deborah Milano were looking for 'beauty bloggers' on Twitter to try out some of their stuff. You see, this brand is pretty big time over in Italy, and is said to be a leading name in cosmetics and skin care over there. This year they've decided to reach out to... guess who? THE UK! As I've got a forever growing make-up collection, I welcomed the products they sent out to me with open arms and here's what I think of them...Eye Design Quad* - How nifty is this packaging please? This is the 'Each & Every Rose' Quad, which is one of nine amazingly coloured quads to choose from. I chose this particular one purely for my love of neutrals and it gives me the ability to great both a gentle and fierce brown smokey eye. On the reverse of the quad it shows what each of the colours can be used for - The pearl color in the top left is your highlighter, the dusty pink is your main colour, the golden brown is your intensifier and the deep brown is your contour. Obviously this is a guideline but you can mix them up as you please. The colours are fairly pigmented (as you can see in the pictures below) but you do need a good primer and couple of applications to get the color to really show. I've been wearing the golden bronze mixed with a tiny bit of the pearl dusted all over my lid to brighten my eyes and can't wait to use the quad to create a smoky bronze evening look.Luminature Bronzing Powder* - I honestly can't remember the last time I used a bronzer in my make-up routine, I've been hooked on using my Sleek Contour Kit ever since I got it. As I haven't been abroad in what seems like forever, I'm a lot more on the paler side of life recently so bronzers kinda scare me. Unfortunately, I haven't got on with this product. As you can't really tell the shades from the website, I had to 'guess' which one I would need and boy, I picked an orange shade! Even at first glance I knew this shade wasn't right for me, nevertheless I applied it to my face and proved myself right. At the moment bronzers really don't work well with my complexion, but perhaps with a tan I might be able to pull it off.Facebook - Twitter - Instagram - Bloglovin
