Another Holiday near and dear to my heart..it was fun,but couldn’t get much work in..spent it with my Sweetie Bear and her BFF-Jep ..had to even bring her sandbox..how can you work with these faces around!
made them their own ‘pancakes for breakfast..Here it is..
Sweetie Potato Pancakes
1 tablespoon organic green banana flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon organic cassava flour
1 egg yolk
2 slices banana mashed
pinch of cinnamon
1 tablespoon mashed sweet potato
1 tsp raw organic sunflower seeds
water to mix to pancake consistency
Pinch of brewer’s yeast
Blend all ingredients together till smooth. Warm non stick griddle, place 1/2 tablespoon of batter in pan and when cooked on one side flip over and cook on other side. Repeat till batter is finished. Let cool.Can refrigerate leftovers for one day (we didn’t have any leftovers)
