After completing 8 letters of ABC, Now time to reveal next alphabet “I”, I for “Instant Chocolate Mousse”. This is a really simple, easy and without egg recipe of mousse which you can prepare anytime. Mousse is a great dessert which comes from France, but now a day it’s available in various variations. A mousse is prepared with egg whites or whipped creams and generally flavors comes from chocolates or fresh fruit purees. Its look so pretty and everyone will like it. Even you can serve as in small or individual serving.
I adapt instant chocolate mousse recipe from Sharmi’s Passion blog. It’s really a fantastic dessert which liked by everyone at my home. For this recipe we have to cook chocolate and marshmallow together in one pan and combine with whipped cream and keep for deep freezing. Mousse can be from light and fluffy to creamy and thick, depend on how to cook? For garnishing you can add chopped strawberries, chocolate chips and more whatever you like. Personally I don’t want to add any topping. Mousse was really amazing, fluffy, light and divinely.
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes Cooking Time: 15 Minutes Servings: 3 Category: Fusion Recipe Source: Sharmi’s Passion Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate, Chopped 1/3 Cup Marshmallow 1/4 Tbsp. Water 2 Tbsp. Butter Few Drops of Vanilla Essence 1/2 Cup Amul Fresh Cream Sugar (Optional) Choco Chips, for garnishing
Instructions: Melt the butter in non-stick pan and add chopped chocolates and marshmallow. When they start melting, add vanilla essence and water. Stir together till to smooth consistency. Keep aside to cool. Whisk the cream and sugar in separate bowl till to smooth and fluffy. Fold the cream with chocolate mixture as smooth consistency. Place in freezer for 1-2 hours to set and garnish with chocolate chips and grated chocolate. Note:
