Well this week flew by. Gone are the Olympic games, was anyone else feeling a bit lost without seeing amazing athletics all day, and the month of August. Seriously, where did this month go?? Some kids are already back at school, and it seems like this month hit and time wanted to be cruel by speeding things up. Um, sorry but some of us don’t like the seasons, and prefer green trees and dress wearing weather all year long. You would think having practically lived my entire life on the northeast I’d be use to this by now, nope!
This weekend and upcoming week are going to be hectic putting together the final details for a large scale wedding next weekend. I can’t wait to see how it all turns out. And although I’ll be working, it’s going to be a great last weekend of August to be outdoors for it all. Gardening, harvesting and cleaning up vegetables that have had their time, agua frescas, and grilling, because it will be summer as long as I can have it…
